Wales Financial Group is a privately held services firm with established operations in Southern California and Baja California. We serve U.S. companies expanding into Mexico, Mexican enterprises building U.S. presence, and binational organizations that need a single partner fluent in both regulatory environments.
Our work spans cross-border advisory, professional employer services, maquila shelter and logistics, insurance, and telehealth, delivered bilingually, with relationships and process infrastructure built over years of binational practice.
The thesis is simple: companies don't struggle with the U.S. or with Mexico individually. They struggle with the seam between them. We are built to own that seam, so a cross-border operation runs as one coordinated program instead of two disconnected halves.
